PROBLEM: Ekwateur’s small team struggles with call volume, yet they’ve simplified all processes for easy self-management, even for installations.
 
Solution: In a series of short sketches featuring Fred Testot, the famous actor from the iconic French TV show “Service après-vente des émissions” (trans. “Customer Service for TV Shows”) on Canal+, Ekwateur informs its clients and prospective clients that they don’t even need to call customer service. The processes on the website are so easy that everything can be done online. This will help reduce the volume of phone calls.
